Pouring at the Coast Hosts the Best Oregon Beer

The annual Pouring at the Coast Brewfest is an amazing festival that is bound to be barrels of fun over St. Patrick’s Day weekend. This 3-day event is packed with various activities, including a beer festival that hosts over 40 independent craft breweries. At this year’s festival, you’ll find some of the finest breweries from the Oregon Coast!

Combining these 40 craft breweries will allow for an opportunity to experience over 70 different beers. Due to the alcohol that is served during the event, all participants must be 21 years or older.

This 2019 10th annual Pouring at the Coast is expected to be bigger and better than previous years. There are a variety of events going on this year including: a basketball tournament, the beer festival, live music and a brunch.

No matter the Oregon coast weather, this festival will take place as it is held inside at various locations. Even if it ends up raining outside, there will be beer pouring inside!

Oregon Coast Breweries

The breweries for the 2019 Pouring at the Coast festival hasn’t been released yet. Although, based on last years line up, we have high expectations for this 2019.

Some of the 2018 local Oregon breweries included: Reach Break, Seaside Brewing, Public Coast and Wild Ride Brew. At the event are some of the many breweries that span from the local coast and all of Oregon. You'll find the Pouring at the Coast will be bringing you the best Oregon beers from various parts of the state.

Friday, March 15th Event Details

On Friday, March 15th there will be a basketball tournament held at Patriot Hall in Astoria, Oregon. This tournament will cost $10 and will be 7:00-10:00p

Saturday, March 16th Event Details

March 16th will host the main event of Pouring at the Coast; this event is the craft brewfest. The craft brewfest goes from 12:00pm to 6:00pm and will be held at the Seaside Civic and Convention Center. Later that night there will be live music from 8:00-10:00pm in the same place.

The cost of the brewfest has 3 tiers depending on when and how you buy the tickets. The lower package provides a festival glass and 5 tasting tickets. If bought online before the event, then the cost is $18. If purchased at the door of the event, it will cost $20.

The second package comes with a commemorative glass and 7 tasting tickets for $25. Want more than 5 or 7 tastings? Don’t worry, you can purchase additional tasting tickets for $1 each!

Sunday, March 17th Event Details

Sunday morning there will be a limited seating brunch at Seaside Brewery. This brunch will be at 11:00am and will only be available for 50 participants. If you’re looking to join, be sure to get your tickets, which cost $35, in advance! This event will be a great ending to a fun weekend.
